Yes, call me crazy because I love to workout and the soreness that comes with it. Im here loving that my abs are sore and my arms too. Why?? Its because I did an awesome class Monday doing weight lifting and various ab exercises. I love it because Im working these muscles hoping to get toned. Tuesday I did Zumba which was a great Cardio workout! It was soo much fun, working every part while dancing to some great music and laughing the whole time! Today I did a great Turbo Kick class. It was so much fun working out with my girls while pushing myself.

My goal is to love every inch of me, I know it requires work. It is so easy for me to gain weight but very hard to lose it! I always have to step it up to see results. Im really happy that my knee has healed very well to allow me to engage in exercise again!

So call me crazy I love to exercise!
